Ambuehl Elementary PTA uses Treering to create the school yearbook. That means yearbooks have a personal touch as each yearbook includes two free pages for you to personalize with your photos and your memories and they only display in your purchased yearbook.

All yearbook orders must be placed on the website. The dealine to order your yearbook, share photos, and personalize your pages wll be communicated by the yearbook editor.

 

HOW DO I ORDER A YEARBOOK?
  1. Go to https://tr5.treering.com/create-account/1015970930361430
    • Please confirm with Ambuehl PTA first to confirm if this option is available. To pay by cash or check, please complete the order form sent home with the student and return to the front office with payment by the yearbook deadline. Please note, all orders placed by cash or check will receive a STANDARD (NON-CUSTOM) yearbook, if you are unable to complete your order online. STANDARD YEARBOOK ORDER FORM
    • Standard yearbooks exclude the two free personal pages
    • Custom yearbooks ordered online include two free personal pages to add your own photos and messages that only display in your yearbook. The Yearbook team does not customize yearbooks for personal pages as this is the responsibility of the purchaser.
  2. Create a free account or log into your existing account. Enter passcode 1015970930361430, if requested. Create a profile for each child attending Ambuehl.
  3. Purchase a yearbook. If you are ordering a yearbook for more than one child, you must order each yearbook under their profile. Add all to cart and complete order online.
  4. Customize your personal pages. You have two free pages to add your personal photos and messages and they will only display in your copy of the yearbook. This is competed by you and not by the yearbook editor.
  5. Share Photos for the yearbook. These photos will display in all yearbooks. Please share photos specific to school and PTA events only.
    • While we do our best to add all photos, what is included in the yearbook will be at the descretion of the yearbook editor.
    • We ask that you share 1 or 2 photos of an event. We often receive 10 photos of the same child in a similar pose for each event.
    • Personal photos of non school activities should be included in your custom personal pages. 
  6. Yearbooks will be distributed to students at the end of the school year.
