COMMITTEE VOLUNTEER SIGN UP FORM

Ambuehl PTA sponsors many fun activities, events, and programs for our students, teachers, staff, and community as long as we have volunteers to plan and support these events. Volunteer as a lead or support a team. We would love your help on our committees. We welcome all Moms, Dads, Grandparents, older children who need volunteer hours, and more.

IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, these events are not guaranteed. They are dependent on volunteers to lead and support the events. We will not be able to provide these fun events for all to enjoy if we don't receive enough volunteers.

JOIN A PTA COMMITTEE: Each committee will vary with the number of volunteers needed or roles but here is an overview of what committees may need.

  • Chair Lead(s): Help organize your volunteer team and coordinate with the PTA Board, Principal, teachers/staff and social media/website team.
  • Volunteer Team: Assist Chair Lead(s) to help plan all the logistics for an event (e.g., dates, theme, communication plan, support, etc.). Help create, print and distribute communication (e.g., posters, flyers, social media posts, etc.) and any other marketing communication or activities to help promote events.
  • Prep Team: Help setup for the event.
  • Event Day: Assist on event day (e.g., event tables, hold posters at pickup and drop off, etc.).
  • Clean Up Team: Help clean up after an event.
