ADMISSION TO THE CARNIVAL IS FREE

Everyone is invited to attend our annual Ambuehl Spring Carnival and Silent Auction in May! Invite your friends, family and neighbors.
 

PRE-PURCHASE ACTIVITY WRISTBANDS

Avoid standing in line to buy a wristband for your child and have then go directly to enjoying all the fun activities. Children may freely go from one fun activity to another by simply showing their wristband.

FEES: Processing fees for online purchases are 3.5% + $0.50 per transaction for debit and credit card transactions. There are no fees for payments collected offline. If you prefer to pay with cash or check, complete the form sent home with your child and return payment to the school office by the deadline on the flyer. Please make checks payable to Ambuehl PTA.

AMBUEHL SPRING CARNIVAL IS OPEN TO ALL!

For guests who do not currently attend Ambuehl, you may pre-purchase wristbands online. Please select "Not Applicable" under Teacher selection and check the box to confirm you will pick up your paid wristbands at the ticket booth (Will Call) on the day of the event.

ACTIVITY WRISTBANDS INCLUDE: 

  • UNLIMITED use of all game booths, dual 16’ and 20' Inflatable slides, 25’ rock wall, ninja warrior obstacle course, inflatable maze, velcro wall, laser tag, Photo Booth and magic show.
  • ONE Face Painting
  • ONE Balloon Sculpture, if available.
  • Excludes all food and beverage. You may purchase a Food, snacks, and drinks directly with the vendors on site.

IMPORTANT:

  • Pre-purchased wristbands will be delivered to your child in class on the day of the event. 
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult to enter the carnival.
  • PRE-SALE ENDS - SEE FLYER.
  • One activity wristband valid per child only. Activity wristbands cannot be shared. All sales final.

VOLUNTEERS

We are in need of volunteers on the day of the Spring Carnival. We need as many volunteers as we can get for setup, during the carnival, or cleanup. Whether you can volunteer for one hour or two or three or more, we would appreciate any time you can give to make this event happen. We are asking parents, grandparents, and high school students in need of volunteer hours who are willing to help to sign up via our website.

SILENT AUCTION

Ambuehl PTA is also planning a Silent Auction fundraiser during the Carnival to help support our TK through 5th grade reading programs (which increases student reading skills and highlights the importance of reading), science program (which gives students a novel, interactive, and fun way to learn science), and other programs and events not funded by the school district.

DONATIONS

We've already received some amazing donations but we are in need of more donations. Remembers, all money raised from this fundraiser goes back to our school programs. If you would like to donate goods/services or know of a business that may be interested in donating to our silent auction, please contact our Silent Auction Chair.
